After you have chosen the professional and quote that you want to work with, you will be guided to make payment for your job. Boat Planet will securely hold your payment to the pro until you confirm the completion of your job.
You have the flexibility to use any major credit cards, as well as popular digital payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the Cash app.
If you prefer to make payments in installments, we have partnered with Affirm to offer you this option. With Affirm, you can split the payment for any job costing $3,000 up to $30,000 into manageable monthly installments. This allows you to easily budget and pay for the job over time, giving you the flexibility you need.
Additionally, any job with a total cost exceeding $5,000 is eligible for payment through ACH.
Boat Planet uses Stripe to process all transactions. Stripe is certified as a Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest level of certification for payment processors. Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), a set of security standards established by major card brands like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
