How do I cancel a job that I had booked with a pro?

You can cancel a job at anytime before you make payment.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel a job after you have already booked a pro, simply login to your Boat Planet account. Click on My Account and navigate to your jobs page on the left side of the page. Click on your job and you can cancel it from there and we will alert the pro. 

If you need to cancel a job after payment has been made, you can click on the "Request Help" button, or fill out the form below to contact support.
